Beyond Large Language Models

Large Language Models dominate the public conversation right now — but AI encompasses a vast array of sub-types, including vision, robotics, reasoning, spatial modelling, and more. Each domain carries its own unique risks, affordances, and infrastructure requirements. Collapsing them into a single category produces bad policy and poor strategy.
